Summer isn’t over YET

October 13, 2011

Lenny says, “It ain’t over till it’s over”

Every summer the Getty holds a few concerts outside on their immaculate marble patio overlooking L.A. and all are welcome to partake free. Oh and you get a free monorail ride up the hill. Weeeee!

The next one up: Saturday, October 15th 6-9pm

Saturdays Off the 405 @ The J. Paul Getty Museum

1200 Getty Center Drive, Los Angeles

The top of the Getty has its perks with beautiful views, smooth architecture, wonderful people watching and sometimes a half-naked singer crowd surfing.

Basically, you never know what you may get at the top of the Getty. Their Off the 405 concert series is coming to an end though, so hurry to take advantage of the outdoor wine drinking, music and art. This Saturday go outside and enjoy the beautiful weather we are having while Thundercat and Low End Theory’s DJ Daddy Kev plays the open air waves.

Oh and I don’t think it is technically a clothing optional event, so please remember a shirt and why not throw on a pair of  pants while you are at it.
